Nice, February 2008.
The Carnival of Nice is a sacred appointment for the city of the Côte Azur, a tradition that is repeated each year between past and present and that is capable of amusing thousands of people each time which are fascinated by the fairy-like and goliardic atmosphere that is being breathed.
The theme that in 2008 will accompany the tourists and inhabitants from February 16th to March 2nd will be “ROI des RATAPIGNATAS, RAMINAGROBIS et autres RAMASSIS de RATS MASQUĖS”
The Promenade des Anglais, the city’s boardwalk, will host the flower battles and the parades with their colors, music, dances and liveliness that characterizes them.

Saturday, February 16th 2.30 PM – Arrival of the King and Flower battle. 9 PM Night parade.
Sunday, February 17th 2.30 PM – Carnival wagons Parade.
Tuesday, February 19th 9 PM – Night Parade.
Wednesday, February 20th 2.30 PM – Flower Battle.
Saturday, February 23rd 2.30 PM – Flower Battle. 9 PM Illuminated Night parade.
Sunday, February 24th 2.30 PM – Carnival wagons Parade.
Tuesday, February 26th 9 PM – Illuminated Night parade.
Wednesday, February 27th 2.30 PM – Flower Battle.
Saturday, March 1st 2.30 PM – Flower Battle.
Sunday, March 2nd 2.30 PM – Carnival wagons parade. 9 PM Carnival King bonfire and fireworks.
