In the city of Imperia from October 9th to the 15th the traditional Grock Festival will take place, dedicated to the figure of Adrian Wettach, one of the greatest clowns of modern comedy.
The festival has put Imperia at the center of attention for circus and comedy activities across seven editions of the event.
The 2011 edition of the Festival will be full of events and initiatives starting from Saturday, October 8th with the assignment of the 2011 Grock Prize of the City of Imperia to the actor Paolo Villaggio. At 8.30 PM the Genovese comedian will put up a show/meeting at the Cavour Theatre of Imperia.
A Judo presentation will take place on Sunday 9th. On Wednesday 12th Ezio Lavezzi will illustrate at the Civic Library the book “A Walk in Villa Grock”. Friday 14th will be dedicated to the shows made by the local schools; from the 10th to the 14th there will be seminars with the Clown King Jango Edwards. Saturday 15th there will be the great final show.
