The Nice Carnival is one of the most important Winter events of the Côte Azur, one of the most ancient carnivals recognized all over the world.
The 2012 edition will take place from Friday, February 17th until Sunday, March 4th under the theme: “King of Sports”. There will be 20 wagons parading during the carnival period around the area of Place Massena.
The shows will have several animations, from the enormous and spectacular wagons parading together with dancers and musicians from all over the world to the spectacular flower battles on the seaside.
The parades will take place in the afternoon and in certain days even during the evening in order to create a unique suggestive atmosphere among the lights and colors and music of the Nice Carnival.
