Sanremo also welcomes the arrival of the summer with a festival, “Festa della Musica”. For the second year in a row this festival will take place in contemporarily in more than 300 Italian towns and cities as well as in many major European capitals.
The purpose of the festival is to acknowledge the arrival of the “beautiful season”, an occasion which, through the universal language of music, seeks to unite the participating sites in friendship and a sense of community.
There will be numerous activities throughout the “City of the Flowers”, culminating in an event on “Piazzale Carlo Dapporto”, close to the seafront.
