Sanremo, November 2007. The 3rd International Competition for young Lyrical singers “Franco Alfano”, promoted by the “Sanremo Symphonic Orchestra Foundation”, will be held at the Opera Theatre of the Casino from November 8th through the 11th, 2007. The competition will focus particularly on the roles of the opera “L’occasione fa il ladro ossia il cambio della valigia” , music composed by Gioacchino Rossini. The entire opera will be performed in the year 2008 by the Sanremo Symphonic Orchestra Foundation. The competition is at an international level and participants are admitted up to the age of 35 years old.
