To celebrate the dignity of the 150th anniversary of Italy’s Unification, the City of Flowers has set a calendar with some interesting events for locals as well as tourists:
Saturday, March 12th at Villa Nobel at 4.30 PM there will be the projection of the documentary “With Italy in the Heart” of Pietro Farina and Marisa Fogliarini. Afterwards there will be a conference held by Professor Fulvio Cervini: “The urns of the strong. The European monumental cemetery of the Foce during the Resurgence period”.
On Sunday, March 13th at 9.30 AM there will be a guided visit of the Monumental cemetery of the Foce. At 11.30 AM there will be a guided tour of the Resurgence section of Palazzo Borea D’Olmo’s Civic Museum held by Loretta Marchi, ph.D.
