For all the jazz lovers a classic Summer event in the Côte Azur is back with the Nice International Jazz Festival. All is ready for the 2010 edition which will offer to thousands of passionate great world fame names and high level performances.
Saturday, July 17th there will be Diego El Cigala, Ornette Coleman, Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Earth Wind and Fire, Tineke Postma Quarte.
Sunday, July 18th Nikki Yanofsky, Richard Bona Band, Dave Holland, Dr John, Goran Bregovic, Fly will perform.
Monday, July 19th there will be Gurrumul, Onj around Robert Wyatt with Erik Truffaz, Dweezil Zappa plays Zappa, Al Jarreau, Julian Lage.
Tuesday, July 20th there will be Imelda May, Jimmie Vaughan, Robert Cray, Buddy Guy, James Hunte.
Wednesday, July 21st will see the performances of Bela Fleck & Edgar Meyer with Zakir Hussain Bojan Z Tetraband, The Stanley Clarke Band with Hiromi, Herbie Hancock, Eric Legnini Trio.
Thursday, July 22nd will see Tigran Hamasyan – Aratta Rebirth Quintet Red Hail, The Freedom Band, Fiction Plane, Laurent Garnier, Facing East.
Friday, July 23rd there will be Asaf Avidan & the Mojo’s, Django 100, Hindi Zahra, Kris Kristofferson, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Chris Potter Underground.
Saturday, July 24th Clifton Anderson, Andre Ceccarelli – Le Coq et la Pendule, Maurane Chante Nougaro, Pat Metheny Group – The Songbook Tour, Pink Martini, Jean Marc Jafet, Agora Quintet.
