Sanremo, January 2010
On Sunday, January 31st the city of Sanremo is ready to welcome the famous parade of the Flower decorated Wagons, which is one of the main events in the calendar of the City of Flowers. The Flower Parade is followed by over 60 thousand people that come to Sanremo to witness the event but there are also millions of viewers that can follow the event on TV, sitting comfortably on their armchair thanks to the live broadcast of the video cameras of Linea Verde on Rai Uno.
The course of the wagons will go through the streets of the city center and the sea promenade. The parade will begin at 10 AM and the 2010 Theme will be “The great singers of the Sanremo Italian Music Festival”.
All the competing cities will have an inspiring theme to which refer to while creating their wagon. The wagon of the city of Sanremo will participate without competing for the Challenge.
