The flowers of Sanremo have always been the symbol of this beautiful area.

The Sanremo Council, together with the UCFLOR e ANCEF., has organised what they call ‘Il tavolo Verde’, an innovative project with the purpose of protecting the quality of the flowers of Sanremo.

The label ‘Sanremo Fiori’ will be attached to the whole production chain and it is a guarantee of quality from the producers to the sales person to the customers.

This im order to allow the customers to know the origin and quality of the products themselves.

The Liberty-style label was created with the help of the “Dipartimento di Scienze per l’Architettura” and the University of Genova.

The flowers selected to represent the label were typically ‘ Sanremese’ flowers : sunflower, anemone, gilly flower, rose, calendula, mimosa, ruscus, pitosphorus, etc……….
