In Ranzo (IM) the festival celebrating the arrival of the new olive oil will be celebrated with a series of flavour filled gastronomic evenings in which there is only one guest of honour: the yellow “gold” of the valleys of the “provincia” of Imperia.”
The oil presses will remain open to allow the public access in order to display their countless secrets. There will also be a series of meetings and discussions on the particular problems of the olive industry and some projects on the local environment organized by the schools of the area.
