La petite flotte de p\u00eacheurs de Sanremo approvisionne chaque jour les restaurants du port de plaisance avec les tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9es <strong>crevettes de Sanremo<\/strong> et les poissons les plus populaires de la mer Ligure : bar, dorade, grondin, merlu, espadon, thon, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>poisson \u00e0 la ligure<\/strong> est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 cuit avec des pignons de pin, de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, des olives Taggiasca, du romarin et des pommes de terre ou, en saison, avec des artichauts frais.
