La r\u00e9gion de la Ligurie a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9bloquer le processus burocratique \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine du projet Taggiasca Olive vers le DOP (d\u00e9nomination d&rsquo;origine prot\u00e9g\u00e9e).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La route vers le succ\u00e8s est certes longue, mais l\u2019important est que tout aille dans la bonne direction, dans le but de faire reconna\u00eetre la protection et le prestige de ce produit, qui a rendu notre pays c\u00e9l\u00e8bre dans le monde entier, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la production d\u2019huile extra vierge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour obtenir cette reconnaissance, ils devront faire participer le Miningster de la politique agricole et attendre que le DOP tant attendu se concr\u00e9tise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;Imperia compte \u00e0 elle seule 850 personnes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans la culture des olives. Elles sont toutes membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile extra vierge Dop \u00abRiviera dei Fiori\u00bb et produisent environ 550 000 kg d&rsquo;huile certifi\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La production des olives Taggiasche ne repr\u00e9sente que 0,5% de la production totale italienne.
