Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th the village of Badalucco will be ready to live the most important feast of its summer season, the Codfish Festival.
Arrived to its 41st edition for 2011, every year it fills itself with visitors, news and surprirses.
The dancing evening with good music and local groups will already begin on Saturday night to then culminate on Sunday with the apex of the party and the sampling of the famous Badalucco Codfish.
It’s an ancient recipe which requires a very long preparation and the blending of two excellent ingredients, the dried codfish of the Norwegian Lofoten Islands and the extra-virgin olive oil of Badalucco
